How do customers receive a feedback request?
You copy your request link and share it yourself, for example after a service visit. Proofporch does not send requests by email or SMS.
Does Proofporch guarantee more reviews, growth, or a five-star rating?
No. Reviews, ratings, and growth are not guaranteed. Requests are not steered by sentiment. After customers share feedback, they may choose to visit your optional configured public-review destination.
Does Proofporch fetch or post Google reviews automatically?
No. Proofporch does not fetch public reviews or post reviews to Google or another public site. You can configure an optional destination for customers to visit themselves.
Are AI response drafts sent or published?
No. You enter review text and can prepare an editable private AI draft. You decide what to do with it; Proofporch does not send or publish drafts automatically.
What goes into a monthly reputation report?
The private report is generated from feedback saved in your workspace and reviews you entered for that month. It does not import public reviews.
